Every package includes exclusive use of the property — 21 private acres, three ceremony settings, the Four Seasons Barn, and the terrace and grounds. What changes is how long you stay.

21 acres behind private gates, set 1,000 feet from any public road. The property is yours for the day — or the weekend.
The shaded, vineyard-facing Arbor; the Oak Tree among the Syrah vines; and the Four Seasons Barn.
The climate-controlled Four Seasons Barn — draped, lit, and acoustically tuned — hosts ceremony, dinner, and dancing in any weather.
Custom farm tables, wood dining chairs, ceremony benches, wine barrel bars, a dance floor, and sound at the arbor, terrace, and barn.
A one-hour rehearsal with Highlands Day, or a Friday rehearsal on the property with Highlands Overnight and Highlands Weekend.
Five suites with en suite bathrooms for up to 22 guests, plus a pool, gym, billiards room, chef's kitchen, and redwood deck.
No required catering or bar package — the menu, the wine, and the pace of the evening are yours to decide.
Start with our curated list of partners who know the property well, or bring a caterer of your choosing. Caterers new to Highlands are approved in advance based on experience, staffing, and insurance.

Standard event time is 4 to 10 PM, with vendor access from 8 AM on your wedding day.
Additional hours: up to two, and guest busing is required. The 14-passenger electric shuttle runs April 15 – November 15. Heaters include propane and can be reserved up to the day before your event.
