Take whatever route you'd like to get to Cloverdale, which is off the 101 freeway. The 3rd exit (traveling north) for Cloverdale is the exit for Highway 128 — take that.
You will go under the freeway and past a large redwood saw mill on your left. About 1/4 mile further, you will need to make a rather sharp right to stay on Highway 128 (CA-128).
Important: Do not pay attention to house numbers on Highway 128 — they go up and down and are out of sequence.
Once you've made the right, we are about 7.5 miles further on 128. The road is very curvy — take your time and enjoy the scenery. There are plenty of turnouts to let people pass if needed.
Once you've gone about 7 miles you'll see a sign for Mountain House Road. Continue on 128 for just another 1/2 mile — we are on the left.
