The Highlands Estate provides the same setting, the same amenities, and the same level of care for 40 guests as for 200. The farm tables, the barn, the sound system, the ceremony sites, the electric shuttle, the dressing suites — all available, regardless of guest count.
Forty guests under the ancient oak tree, surrounded by Syrah vines, with the Yorkville Highlands Valley stretching in every direction — that is not a small wedding. That is a precise one.
Two package options are available for intimate and smaller celebrations, each designed with the same care and attention as any event on the property.

There is no minimum guest count. The Intimate Package is designed for up to 40 guests; the Petite Package for up to 75.
Yes. The Intimate Package accommodates elopements, vow renewals, and ceremony-only celebrations. Please inquire for details.
A wedding planner is recommended but not required for celebrations under 40 guests. For events over 40 guests, a professional wedding planner from our curated vendor collection is required.
Yes. The Intimate Package is available Monday through Thursday, and for open weekend dates within four months of the event.
