The Weekend Experience

Friday Through Sunday —
At Your Own Pace

Friday

Guests staying at the Estate check in from 3pm. Rehearsal at the Four Seasons Barn. Rehearsal dinner on-site or off. The evening unfolds at whatever pace feels right.

Saturday

Vendors arrive at 8am. The wedding party gets ready on the property. Guests arrive in the afternoon. Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing — the full celebration surrounded by vineyards and hills.

Sunday

A relaxed morning for Estate guests. Farewell brunch in the Four Seasons Barn, or simply coffee on the deck before checkout at noon. No rushing. No logistics. Just one last morning together.

Weekend Packages Include Everything

Peak-Season Saturdays $12,500. Weekend packages with on-site lodging for up to 22 guests from $19,750. Intimate packages $4,500. See our pricing guide for all package options, including additional lower peak-season offerings.

How many guests can stay on-site at The Highlands Estate?

Up to 22 guests can stay on the property in named suites, each with en suite bathrooms. Additional guests typically arrange lodging in Cloverdale or at nearby vacation rentals.

Is on-site lodging included in the package price?

Yes — on-site lodging for up to 22 guests is included in all Weekend Packages. It is not included in Day Packages.

Can we host a rehearsal dinner on the property?

Yes. Weekend Packages include Friday evening access from 3pm, with a rehearsal at the Four Seasons Barn and the option to host a rehearsal dinner on-site. The Luxe Day Package also includes Friday access for rehearsal and décor drop-off.

Do you host back-to-back weddings?

No. The Highlands Estate hosts one event at a time, ensuring the property is exclusively yours for your celebration.
