Guests staying at the Estate check in from 3pm. Rehearsal at the Four Seasons Barn at 4pm. Rehearsal dinner on-site or off. The evening unfolds at whatever pace feels right.
Vendors arrive at 8am. The wedding party gets ready on the property. Guests arrive in the afternoon. Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing from 4pm to 10pm — with up to two additional hours available.
A relaxed morning for Estate guests. Coffee on the redwood deck. Farewell brunch in the Four Seasons Barn, or a slow checkout at noon. No rush. No logistics. Just one last morning together on the property.

Yes. Weekend Packages include Friday evening access from 3pm, with a rehearsal at the barn at 4pm and the option to host a rehearsal dinner on-site. The barn accommodates up to 50 guests for the rehearsal dinner.
Yes. Up to two additional hours may be purchased, extending the celebration to midnight. Bus service for all guests is required for extensions past 10pm.
Yes. All celebrations over 40 guests require a professional wedding planner from our curated vendor collection. Weekend Package couples especially benefit from a full planner given the multi-day nature of the experience.
